Cody Maxwell, founder of Maxwell Development & Construction, is a passionate entrepreneur with successful ventures across multiple industries. Building his businesses from the ground up, he has honed his expertise in business management and multi-project coordination, developing a leadership style that fosters growth and efficiency.
Amanda Maxwell is our in-house licensed Colorado realtor and Selections Project Manager. As a realtor she helps clients find and negotiate lots, and lists and sells their current home so the timing lines up with the build. As Selections Project Manager she works with the designers, architects, and each customer on sourcing and procuring every fixture, selection, and finish.
